It is nicely... read more appointed with nice furniture and a well equipped kitchen that is easy to navigate. The beds and linens were clean and very comfortable. Towels were handy for everyone and it was easy to wash them mid week.
I cooked several meals on the Weber grill and enjoyed the solitude of the furniture on the deck with the beautiful wild flowers in view.
The location is perfect . Walking distance to the town and a short ride to Craigsville Beach. My in laws were staying at another rental in Osterville and it was easy to get together with them a couple of times during the week and enjoy a clambake with them . Until Next year.

  I stayed at this property for a weekend with a group of friends, my husband, and our toddler. We had a wonderful experience! The house must have been renovated recently... read more because the interior is in excellent shape with pleasant decor and lovely lounge spaces. The kitchen is filled with a variety of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to make cooking onsite quite easy and relaxing - plus, there's a brand new grill! The outdoor patio furniture is very comfy. We found it quite nice to lounge about there day and night.

Although the property is not directly on the beach, it is still well situated with a beach and shops a short drive away (walking distance for some - about 25 min). The town includes a fantastic French bakery (try the beignets!) and a couple of different options for dining out close by. Four Seas Ice Cream, which tops even the superb ice cream scene on the Cape, is also minutes away. On the whole, you get to experience a totally quaint and pleasant beach getaway while also not being so far into the Cape that the drive there from Boston feels onerous.

It's worth mentioning that the host is extremely friendly and responsive. She responded to my questions right away with helpful answers, both before and during our stay. She clearly loves the property herself and cares about offering a very positive experience for others there too.

We would absolutely stay here again, and next time, try to be there for longer!
